Ezer Vanilla is a company malagasy specialized in the selection, preparation and export of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and spices.
Implanted in the heart of the SAVA region, the birthplace of Bourbon vanilla, we work closely with local producers.
We select products that meet the highest quality standards, ensuring to preserve their aromas, their wealth and their natural characteristics.
From preparation to packaging, every step is done with care and rigor in order to guarantee products quality, traceable and adapted to the requirements of international markets.

At the heart of the SAVA region, Ezer Vanilla draws its identity in a land renowned for the richness of its soil and the natural conditions favorable to the cultivation of vanilla. We prefer a supply built closer to the producers and production areas, in order to better understand the origin of our products and select the materials that meet our requirements.
Our approach is based on a relationship based on trust, respect and cooperation sustainable. We pay a special attention to each step of the process, from the selection of pods and spices up their preparation and their packaging.
